Thank you so much for supporting our small shop! Please take a moment to review our shipping policy before placing your order.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or order cancellations.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country.
If your order contains any PREORDER items, the whole order will be delayed until all items are ready to ship. If you wish to get the items that are ready sooner, please split the order!

European Union: Approximately 10 business days; however, delivery may take up to 1-2 months in rare occasions.
International: Typically 3 weeks to 3 months, depending on customs and carrier delays.**

*Please note that as this is a small business owned by one person, packages are shipped once/twice a week! I kindly ask for your patience.

All orders are shipped with tracking so you can monitor your package.
Orders containing ONLY stickers have an option for a cheaper, non trackable, shipping via stamped letter mail. Please be aware that if you chose this shipping option you won't be able to track the shipment.
Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. They may be collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery or beforehand, depending on your country’s procedures.
