Where is Lumin Wonders based?

We are based in Croatia, Central Europe!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders will be processed 3-7 working days since the order has been placed. Once the order has been processed, delivery time will rely heavily on factors such as customs, your location, etc. As a general rule, shipping should take around 2-6 weeks, but might be delayed due to factors outside our control.

Is tracking included with my order?

All orders will be shipped with tracking if not specifically stated otherwise. There is a non-tracked, cheaper shipping option for sticker orders only via letter mail.

Where can I track my package?

Once your package has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking code and further information!

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately we are not able to change any shipping information after the package has been shipped. Please make sure your address details are correct before closing the order!

What is a preorder?

Preorder items are products that are not yet available but can be purchased in advance before their official release. By placing a preorder, you are reserving the item to ensure you receive it once it becomes available. 

Pre-ordering guarantees that you will receive the item when it is released and often include a freebie or discount as a token of appreciation for ordering early.

Why do we do preorders?

As a small one person-business, offering pre-orders helps covering the costs of manufacturing the item and better assess how many pieces of the product we should produce.
